rutgers is the home of rice....everyone here drives a riced out honda... (except me and a few other very smart people driving mustangs heh)
anyway
rutgers is also HUGE, so theres busses that take u from campus to campus
my friends and i were waiting for the bus last night, and right in front of us, a ricer gets pulled over for speeding
so five feet from us we get to hear the whole conversation with the cop
i really wish i had a camera too
it was a honda accord, lowered so low it was almost touching the ground, huge rims, gigantic exhaust, neons (on as well which is illegal in jersey to drive around with the neons on), really dark tint, and an unpainted body kit...it was textbook rice
anyway the cop is in the process of giving the kid a speeding ticket and says "i think ur car is too low to the ground, and ur tint is darker than the legal limit. I will be ticketing you for both, and I will also be ticketing you for illegal light fixtures" and so on and so on
so he went home with a speeding ticket AND tickets for illegal modifications
i wanted to take a picture and put the words "own3d" on it, but my camera was in my dorm
but my friends and i had a good laugh heh
