Is there a way to tell if I have a tune?

I recently purchased a 07 GT. The dealership did not pay attention, or perhaps didnt care, that it already had a borla catback and C&L CAI installed. The C&L "street" is installed and I know it had the dual capabilities of operating w/ or w/o tune. It has a filter to limit airflow if you dont have a tune. But is there a way to tell if there was a tune already put on the car. If it helps, there is a multicolored bundle of wire and black piece of plastic that is hanging down slightly under the dash to the left of the steering wheel...

Check the ECU for a chip But I doubt anyone would use a chip this days or try to get the former owner info to see if he has/had a hand tuner

?????? do you have some kind of switch to flip between tunes ?? the old SCT chips were abilty to switch tunes on the fly
