I have have the zex kit for the 05+ mustang and I love it. It's by far the best wet kit out there for your car. It adjusts from 75hp-175hp.

And let me "chime in here"-is there any problem with setting a lightly modded `stang-for the "shot"?

the 4.6L 3V Mod motors are pretty well built to handle 50-100hp shots with completely stock everything and a good tune...I wouldnt go much beyond that before I started building up the motor...
As for brand, NX, Nos, and Zex are pretty well all the same...the key to spraying is all in the tune...shitty tune & you will blow it up, 50-shot or otherwise...

Run whichever kit you care for...I will tell you this. If you plan on keeping the nitrous around for a while go ahead and invest in a wet kit with a wot switch and find a good tuner. If you use those resources wisely you will be running nitrous safely for a long time with no ill side effects.

nos has a 50-75hp kit which i like i don't want to go to hard core with nitrous. it has your pretty standard stuff with the kit its got the soft plume nozzle, window switch, 10bls. bottle, and all your fittings and hoses.

The key to any nitrous setup is the tune, if you have a bad tune it doesn't really matter what shot you're running. I've seen a 4.6L 3V run a 150 shot on a stock internal motor safely. Just do what everyone else has already said on here and you'll be fine. Buy a kit that you like, get or do a CORRECT installation, and get a good reputable tuner, and enjoy the extra ponies
