Well i decided its time to ask the genius's at Mustang Evo another question. I've been talkin to a few people and I was told you can't put a remote start system on a manual car. Is this true? And are there any of you guys that have one?

doesn't really answer your question, but let me tell you my remote start experiences.
1) it is cool, but more or less useless. You have to be so close to start the car that it's almost pointless.
2) You have to disable the PATS system, which in and of itself is not a big deal, but it does make it a lot easier to be stolen. As it is, your key cannot be duplicated (except by Ford w/ a PATS key) and crank the car.
It doesn't seem intelligent for this to be installed on a manual, but that is simply imho.

You can do it..but you'll have to leave the car in neutral every time..

you can put it on there if you want but its a rather stupid idea... unless there is some major reason you need it... ive seen people screw up their cars and more from putting them on manuals.

I could understand you really wanting this if you lived up north and wanted to warm your car up on them snowy days...but being in florida it wouldn't do ya that much good.

Except in the south were are more likely to want to use the AC to cool down the car before we got in it.
