The other place with the huge garage fell through, the seller never contacted me in over a month after I put in an offer.
But this place costs me less and still has a 2 car garage, just not as big and I'll have to run power to it eventually. I'm getting it inspected in the next couple of weeks but if that goes well I'll be closing on it the first of April and moving in a week or so after that

Yeah, a friend of mine actually just remodelled it. I plan to do a bit of painting inside but and upgrade to a breaker box and run power to the garage. That should up the resale value considerably in a few years
And the lawn isn't all that big so mowing won't be an issue, other then that I have to buy a mower now lol
At least now I'll be able to work on my car without doing it in stealth mode!!

Congrats. My wife and I will be closing on our new house on the 21st of March... I ALSO will have a 2 car garage.
