install anti-lock brakes on my stang? or can i?
i'm tired of getting my car smashed cuz of my brakes locking up

Hm...the system is run by computer, so you'll need a computer program put into your car's computer system to run ABS. This will probably end up being very expensive...if it was me I'd learn how to use PMABS (poor man's ABS), in other words just get used to pulsing your brakes at the brink of locking up instead of trying to get an entire brake system.

You'd need to install teh abs exciter gears on all four wheels to make it work right, and get all the hardware hooked up to pulse the brakes... I'd stick with non-abs personally. If driven well, they stop MUCH faster than ABS.

wow were do i start, u would basically need a donor car that has abs, ands swap out the parts and the computer. if you try to find all the part you WILL go crazy. |

dont lock your brakes up  buy cobra brakes and stop alot faster.
