54,800 just rolled over to the 800 mark today. Bought it with 17,000 back in 05.
I've seen some mustangs on youtube/streetfire.net with high miles. One was a 95 GT with over 250,000 miles.

Forgot to mention.. they last a long time - my 89 had 190k some miles on it when I sold it.. 4.6s typically go a long time (esp in the trucks, I've seen 2-300k miles at the shop)
5.0s also..

my probe had 140,000 blue v6 mustang bought with 101,000 sold it at 133,000 miles on it and my current 02 gt bought with 99,000 its got like 105,000 on it. FYI these new fuel injected engines will last damn near forever if you take care of them. Back in the 60's and 70's a car was toast after 75,000 miles.

It's the DD too...just keeps going
Any problems with the ticking? I had an 87 ranger with the 2.9 and it had oil pressure problems. It's actually running again with the new owner, something about 8psi of oil pressure at idle I didn't like.

No ticking it just burns oil. Just have to add a quart every once in a while.
The 3.8 is starting to tick. I plan to have that rebuilt to a 4.2 within a few years anyway.

I've got just under 39K on my 07 v6. I've had it almost 3 years now though so I consider it fair. On a side note I had a guy trade in his 04 GT a while back with close to 160K and it was still in fighting form. Like they said, with proper care these fuel injected engines will just keep rolling.
