Alright, I ordered a set or drilled/slotted rotors for the stang. (thanks to hottcobra and purevenom)
While that "area" is torn apart, I want to paint the calipers.
Keep in mind my car is sonic blue. What color should I do?
black - blend in with the rims(black) and with the hub center of rotors(black)
silver - stand out, but won't really match anything else on the car
blue - closest blue to sonic blue I can get to match the black/blue scheme
red - most common damn caliper color around, most noticeable as well
Also, an suggestions/preferences on caliper paint would be great

I say go for the blue. Black would probably blend with the rims to good, and wouldn't get noticed unless someone is looking specifically for them. Blue will off set the rims but still match the color scheme and not be just a random color standing out like the red or silver.

black or silver, black probably would look best. Be sure to paint the rotor as well where its all nasty and rusty (or will be since they are new) if they are not coated from the factory with anything.

I am getting ready to paint mine when I get a chance.. going silver on the calipers and brackets. I will probably order new rotors when I do. Drilled -not slotted.

I got them from rotorpros, they are offering free color coating, so I got the centers painted black. The rotors are zinc plated.
I thought about black or blue on the calipers because stangmods have the "mustang" or running pony logo accents for the calipers. If I did black, I'd get white accents, if I got blue, I'd get black accents.
I've heard good things about duplicolor, are there any other good caliper paints?

sonicpony tell me how you like them rotors after you drive it and in my opinoin since the calipers wouldn't be clearcoated and not on a smooth surface a regular blue would match nicely (I'd still pick red)

I did mine black. They look good (better than plain, semi rusty, or whatever) but they don't stand out:

That'd just be straight up sexy!
I thought about those, but $189.00 for the set hurts. I could paint the calipers a few times for the price.
Will do, purevenom has the cobra rotors, and hottcobra said he plans on buying some for the GT, so If these guys are using them, they must be pretty solid. I have been debating red, but it would appear random on the car, idk.

I puchased a set of those covers from American Muscle. I could NOT get them to fit properly. I came away from the experience with new resolve-(that is, after I returned them to be credited back to my `card)-and decided A) serious color-such as powder coating to stock caliper(s) B) the heck with all of that and get a brake upgrade-with some really cool upgraded calipers.. C) get the best recommendation-from y'all-for thee best colorization-so that I can improve the look(s) of the stock set up-while I save up for the killa upgrade(s)
