im wondering how easy it is to port and polish my own heads i also want to p&p the upper and lower intake. I jus wanted to kno if this is sumthing i can do in my garage and how much of a gain am i looking to get? Please let me kno

Depends on what year you are porting, but it can be done at home.
I have helped more people with porting than any other V6'er AFAIK.
I can send you a head (or part of a head) that is ported for your
application and you can copy that, or I have done 1 cylinder for
people and sent it back to them. About any thing you can think of to
help you I can do. I have been doing this longer than any V6 Mustang
shop in the USA, in fact I started a great shop off about 2 years ago
and he's doing really well now... I can also help with intakes, I've been
porting those even longer!

intakes you could do but i wouldnt mess with heads unless i really knew what i was doing.
