My friend managed to capture my underbody neons.. kinda...

i thought it was close to impossible.. until now. you can BARELY see them due to the flash cancelling out the white underbodies... but you can see them.. also check out my totally awesome aviator glasses haha.

Wanna know how to get a real good shot of them?
First of what kind of kit did you get? Optix? Gold Line? Blue Line?
Second your gonna need a good camera and a tripod. You wanna set it up in an area with ambient light. Like a parking lot or whe nthe sun is setting. Just keep the shutter open longer and it should burn the light better and you'll have a great picture of them. |

i had these neons for more than a year. they are white too.. not blue. they are streetglow blue series. they aren't very strong and dont flood the area with color. i did that on purpose. i dont want something that really stands out. i just wanted a nice accent to the car. the problem i had taking pictures of them is that when the flash isnt on, you can't see anything. my digital camera sucks. then when i turn the flash on, you still can't see barely anything and the white neons are destroyed by the white flash. this is on my friend's "night vision" mode on his digital camera. i was really surpised it showed up. however, when he took it with the flash on.. once again it showed nothing.
i installed them right after i put on my triple decker spoiler haha jk. i wont ever rice her out.. im the kinda guy that is iffy about the mustangevolution sticker and doesnt like any body kits other than saleen and cobra. i am very anti ricey but i think neons are a nice accent. also, i dont think i would ever own a car again without putting some neons under the dash. i love them and driving without them on in the dark just isnt the same. its the same feeling with window tint and feeling naked without it.. but opposite because you get the feeling its too dark. i personally dont find underbody neons ricey unless they are some exotic color and all over the place. we all basically do the same things (neons are lighting but so are foglights) but antiricey people do stuff tastefully (for example a spoiler) and ricey people aim for ridiculous as if they are just screaming for attention (for example a larger and unnecessary spoiler). just my two cents.

ditto. notice how his are blue and his car is blue. if he chose orange.. thats ricey. it depends on how tastefully you add neons to your car if its ricey or not.
