He's right no noticable difference in current flow .Hell I still use the stock coil
pack on mine.

I would only change em when its a regular upkeep thing, I am going to change mine at 60k...I watn blue ones though

Ordered blue wires and got them on today along with a new set of plugs ...Really look good with my BBK Cold Air Intake

meh my 88's original wires are doin fine

But im doin a tuneup this comming week so Im getting all new plugs,wires,distributer cap and rotor. Will be getting blue aswell, that means I gotta get off my ass and paint the parts of the motor my previous owner painted orange to black now lol...
