ok so when i was removing my old grille, i noticed several things:
- the fastener holding the front bumper on at the top of the grille near the headlight was stripped so i had to break it out, after i removed the old grille and learned the new one needed that screw removed to install
- there was a small bolt that required a special screwdriver to unscrew right behind the grille horse where the new one would be screwed into that i had to remove w/ a lot of patience with pliers
- the small clips holding the inner grille in are a PITA
with the chin spoiler:
- getting under the car w/ a drille at a 180* angle is hard near the wheels
- doing it alone requires you to put more effort into stretching the chin spoiler to drill the holes
- i still ended up not getting it 100% flush w/ the front bumper, but managed to mostly line it up along the sides
oddly enough, the chin spoiler took half the time the grille delete did. about 1.5 hours in all, most of the time spent trying to pry the evil fasteners out.

i thought about doing the delete but changed my mind. maybe over the summer. i did the chin spoiler in about 15 minutes with the help of my dad holding it into place and whatnot.

The chin spoiler is supposed to trail about a half an inch (give or take a little)behind the front bumper in the middle. Getting the sides lined up flush is the important thing
you can sort of see what I mean in this picture http://www.mustangevolution.com/foru...6/100_5548.JPG

i dont blame you for the amount of miles you already got on her. i figure mine is still relatively young so might as well get as much out of it as i can then buy a new car when i can actually afford it.

use double sided tape for the grill delete (thick stuff or two layers, VERY well set up all over the bottom ) or take the bumper off....

and if you dont have the correct radiator cover you can see the gap right below where the hood is over the grill area.
