I cant remember where I had read/heard this but is the automatic transmissions in the 2005-2009 mustang V6 and GT the same and is there any similarities between the 5spd manual transmission in the 1999-2004 mustang GTs and the 2005-2009 GTs (hopefuly they are the same.)?

I think they are. Not 100% sure. But have heard they are it should be the tr3650. Which was in the 01 1/2 to 04. Before that it was the t45.

TR3650 5-Speed Manual is also in the 2005-2010 Mustang GT. Alright we are on the right track. How much torque can you have in the TR3650 until it goes boom?

4R70W Automatic transmission is in the 1999-2004 Mustang GT, right? Is the automatic Mach 1 and 2005-2010 mustang GT using the 4R70W?
