if you like going fast in a straight line dont get a 6 speed the ratios are worse.... the viper spec 6 speed however has good ratios and a .5 final drive

its possible that it might, because cobra motors are just 4.6 engines but with the top end swapped, i will look into it. |

yes, but you will need a new cross member and a shorter driveshaft. |
