ok here's the deal:
i want some new springs/shocks & struts but i wondered if a 2" drop front, 1.6" rear, is too much for a mustang? also what do i need beside an alignment for this...or for a 1.6" drop front?

for a 1.6 drop i suggest the eibach prokit, found at www.stangsuspension.com
then tokico blue shocks and struts and MM caster camber plates found at www.rdmotorsport.com
edit: dont drop it 2 inches it wont be very streetable then.

i hope you are willing to spend big bucks if you lower 2.0 inches, youll need shocks, struts, cc plates, bumpsteer kit, and maybe some x2 ball joints
all of which can be found at www.rdmotorsport.com

1.6 is about the limit for daily driving and you wont be able to jack your car up with a hydaulic jack... i cant with 1.3.. with out pushing it hard under it.
get maximum motorsport 4 point cc plates ONLY all the others are pure crap compared... and ive seen many try to get adjustments with em and they seem to never do.
H&R springs are the best out there for rate/handeling eibachs are fine but usually the rates are rather bad so just get a good rate spring if you do go that route.

I think I am taking my Eibachs out and putting H&R in once I get my engine in. My car just drives so rough even with my new tokico hp shocks/struts. 1.5" is a nice drop anyway... I got 1.8 in front right now.

I had 2" drop springs on my 94 V6 convertable, believe me, you do'nt want to do that. I hated it, something was always rubbling or dragging somewhere. I went down a secondary state highway and actually dragged bottom on a dip in the road. I traded the rear ones out for Steeda springs and it was a lot better, only 1.25 drop.
