Looks good, wheels make all the difference on our stangs. Are those American Racing Shelby Torque Thrusts?
As Outlaw said, some lowering springs and cc plates will complete the look.
The steeda ones are good, they lower the car about 1-1.25inches.
The eibach pro kit springs also on American Muscle will lower the car ~1.5inches if you want more of a drop. Sometimes 1 inch isn't really noticeable, so you may want to consider that, since your spending the money and time you might as well make it worth while. I'd also take the isolators out too, they will give you .~25 inch.
Like I said above, make sure to get cast and camber (CC) plates along with the springs. These are necessary when dropping the car, especially more than an 1 inch. I've heard Maximum Motorsports makes some good ones. Not too sure about the UPR ones.

You're on the right track. Dual exhaust is a must have if you own a mustang!
There are many options and brands, it's basically a personal preference.

Well, it depends on which sytem or what type of exhaust you get. A bolt on y-pipe system (converter back) will not yield as high of an increase as a true dual or mid pipe system.
Generally you can see 5-10 from the exhaust, and 3-6 from the CAI.
Add an underdrive pulley and some gears/tlok, get a tune, and you'll have a nice performing stang.

looks pretty good, cant tell about tire size, i just hope the rears are a 295 at least.
lowering can be done two ways, for handling and looks, or for ride comfort and looks.
I dont like steeda, I would stay away~ go with ford racing C springs over steeda's over priced crap.
I love H&R race springs, great spring. You will need CC plates (maximum motorsport cc plates are the best) all in all expect 500 in items~ install is easy you can probably do it.
also consider a cobra brake front conversion, its very cheap.

It definitely improves looks....more like drastically improves looks. You eliminate the factory 4x4 stance and gain a nice sleek aggressive stance, not to mention some improved handling.
Once I get the cash together, I'm going to get a set of eibach pro kit springs and MM cc plates, possibly new shocks/struts since I'll be tearing that area apart.
I'd definitely consider lowering the car at one point, they look so much better.
Jimmy_Beaner and Spector V have nice drops on their cars. I want mine lowered pretty close to theirs.

lowering a car is an instant change to the car, its amazing how much the perfect drop can enhance the looks of the car.
I used H&R race springs due to they are stiff and give a great drop. My car from ground to fender edge is 26.0 front and 26.5 rear yours stock is probably 28 or so~
You need the right rim fitment also, the best would be 3~ inches of front spacing in the front and 3.5-4 inches in the rear. To know what frontspacing is look here
Mustang Wheels and Tires FAQ
but... if you want to rotate your tires you can use a spacer to push out the rear wheels so you can rotate and keep the look you want. On a lowered car spacing gets more important.
