Quickest way would be a power adder - supercharger (centri), or turbo
Along with one of these you'll probably want to upgrade your fuel system, suspension, drivetrain, and brakes to handle the extra power/load being put on the car.
You're looking at $3000-5000 for the supercharger/turbo setup, plus another few thousand at least to support that power adder and keep your car in one piece.

to go up that much you will need to tear into the engine or use a power adder of some sort, bolt ons and a tune just wont do it.

Well, to be honest, to achieve that much power (to the wheels I'm guessing), you're going to have to either use a power adder or build the engine. Neither of those options is cheap.
You could do full bolt ons, gears/tlok, and a good tune and have a safely modded, decent performing car.
There's another member on here with an 08 manual v6 that has less than full bolt ons and is apparently beating R/T chargers.

if this is your daily driver and it HAS to be reliable then get cai, under drive pulley, exhaust, a tune. Thats most of them~ that should bump you up a good bit (30+ rwhp depending on how much tune can yield) as it does on the GT's and might give you the same good effects. You do have weight on your side, and for every 100lbs of weight you will need to make about 9 hp to overcome it~ so keep that in mind.
