Why do I need c/c plates?, and what does the sway bar do?, i don't know anything about suspension, thats why I asked.

you need CC plates for alignment issues you will run into when you lower your car, unless you dont mind haveing messed up tire wear, and also if you do autox you will want to set the alignment different for better handeling while on the track vs on the street.
sway bars help over steer/ under steer issues you may have get some junk yard 99+ gt sway bars, at least rear, and bolt it on.
H&R springs are great get which ever level you can tolerate, i wouldnt go over 710ftbls on the fronts though for daily driving.
so...
H&R springs
MM 4 point CC plates (DONT GO CHEAP these are wroth it!)
Stock 99+ GT rear sway (better than previous years)
MM Street Lower Control Arms
Endlinks for the front sway bar now that you are droped a bit (cheap and are nice)
that should make a very noticable improvment in handeling

So, if you don't get CC plates, you will always have wierd tire ware. i plan on getting lowering springs, so i'll most likely have to get CC plates i guess, are they hard to install?

i suggest you have the alignment shop install your cc plates for you. they are not to hard to install, but most get intimidated by them.

i would suggest h&r sport springs. i would not suggest lower control arms unless you are having traction problems.

What exactly do you want??
Do you want to lower the car but have a comfortable ride.
Slightly better handling with near stock ride.
Much better handling with a somewhat harsher rider.
Superior handling with a much harsher ride.
These are asked because of where you live migh determine how harsh a ride you are willing to go with. There are people that will tell you what they suggest but it is you that will have to live with the decision. There are pleanty of people who get suspension parts that were suggested on a forum only later to come back and tell people it is to harsh.
So I say what do you want and I can steer you to the right direction.

Thanks danger, ok what I want is to lower the car, and keep the same ride, no harsher, or better ride, handling doesn't have to be like im going to the track, just lowered and same or better ride( maybe a little worse but not much at all.), Thanks again

And also on those MAC springs, I like them being red just because they would match my car, if they are visible, but the description says for v8, but could I use them on my v6. and if so how much of a drop would I get, and do I need the C/C plates with them?

Higher numbers mean stiffer springs

You wont see the springs unless you spend time under your car. V8 or V6 does not matter. The springs are for either. MAC and Eibach say 1.5 Ford B springs are 1.25 to 1.5 drop it all depends 99+ seam not to drop as much as 98's for some oddball reason. As far as needing C&C plates at a 1.5 drop it is hit and miss . I did not need them at forst for my C springs but 6 months later I did when they finally settled. Some springs take a while to settle

C springs are stiffer specific rate, meaning they are only one rate, and will produce a harsher ride than B springs. If you dont have a rear sway bar get a GT one. If you already have one I would not spend the money upgrading The amount of performance is negligible

I dont like to take sales away from or sponsors but You really dont need a new fron sway bars and you can get used rears off a GT for less than $50
If you drop 1.5" you might it is 50/50
