I was curious about that since I have accidently set off some kind of alarm on my Stang before. I parked my car and locked the doors, (thus arming PATS) but my mom was sitting on the passenger side waiting for me. When I came back to the car she unlocked the doors from inside the car, as soon as I opened the door the horn started honking and the headlights flashed on and off. It stopped when I shut the door, put my key in the drivers side door, locked it, and then unlocked it.

Do all PATS Stangs do that?

I have an alarm called the Immbolizer. It like a magic wand type deal. You have to put the key in the ignition, turn it to run, back to off and pull it out. Then you take it to the opposite side of the wheel and wave it in front of a read light above your rear defrost. Then you can start the car.

I dunno, my Uncle lived on Orange New Jersey in like the ghetto, his car got broken into then stolen atleast once a year. So he stopped buying convertibles and got this alarm system.

It's annying as hell though.

Quote: Yesterday night the car was pulled over for speeding in Anaheim. There were two guys in it, and they were both arrested for GTA. My car was towed to an impound and I went and got it today. Cost me $150 to get it out. Here some some details about the car. Almost everything was still in the car. They stole some paper work, a flashlight, and my spare tire. But they left my entire stereo system intact. Infact, when I got the car, and looked in the trunk... they left me a new Kenwood sub!! The guy who stole it is ******* stupid. He basically moved into my car like he owned it. I even found his CD's mixed in with my CD's in my CD case. Also found in the car was a jacket that said Security, a backpack with lots of makeup, a couple make up cases, his cell phone, and a shit load of his GF's CD's and clothes. I mean this guy is retarded. What did he think? Did he think the car was his now? The only things that were broken were frame around the stereo and climate controls, and he put a chip in my paint around the window where he slim-jimed my car. He also tore up some of the tint. The only other damage they did to the car is the tires. They drove this car hard in the 24hours they had it! I know they were doing burn outs, you can tell. But what's funny, is I know which of my tires were on the front and rear... they had rotated them!!!!!!! WTF? This guy has to be retarded! But you can tell he did some serious fuggen cornering in the car. My licence plates are gone too. He took them off and replaced them with dealer paper plates thinking the cops wouldn't mind. But now my plates are lost so I have to file a report. And this is how he got the car. He broke in, and I have a spare key for when I lock myself out of the car. He used that in conjunction with some electronic device (according to the Anaheim PD) to bypass the security system. The car is filthy dirty. I need to go wash the stench of theft off of it! That's about all I can think to write. My mind is racing. I can't believe I got it back. But this guy knows what's in my car now, and he's proven that he can get into it w/o a problem. So I'll probably be selling the car as soon as the License Plate issue is resolved.

His V6 will rip any stock Mustang GT's heart out. He is currently at 265rwhp 280rwtq N/A with a 4.2 bottom end!!!

so doesnt matter im not saying its slow but the car obviously been beaten on and bet he feels violated.
So what he can beat a stock GT I did that stock with a 75 shot thats not that great of accomblishment. (also not saying I dont like his car but just the way things turned out) why not upgrade now that he has a reasoning too.
