I got a question about this. I know that full underdrives gives a bit of power but youll often screw up the alternator s ability to charge right and you may get dim headlights,e tc.
Can you run just one crank underdrive pulley then, and still gain some power? thnx.

An underdrive pulley is just one pulley, on the crank. If you are concerned about the alternator running low at idle (this will be the only place you should see problems) get an overdrive pulley for the alternator and you'll be good to go.

You really should upgrade to a 130 amp alternator (also called a 3G alternator). This is what they started using in 94+. I have one and still have charging problems with my electric fan.
