Water Pump Bypass Tube

Hi,

I have a 93 5.0 engine in my 64 1/2 Stang which i just got through putting AFR 165 heads, JBA headers , and a few other goodies. When I started the engine I noticed a water leak coming from the bypass tube on the water pump. This tube is the one where the hose from the thermostat housing connects to. My question is, can I do anything to repair this or must I replace the water pump? Thanks

hmm, so its actually leaking from where the little tube goes into the water pump? weird. i dont think its serviceable seperately but i may be wrong. itd say you have to replace the assembly
