Sway bars...

Since I got the GT rear sway bar in, I've been wondering how adversly a heavier front bar would affect my handling. Any thoughts on that, or suggestions as to which way to go with it? I've decided that my main fucus for the next few months is going to be handling, and after new tires, subframes are next.

Any help would be great.

I also originally installed a rear GT bar on my V6. It oversteered bad so I put on the GT front and it solved the problem. If you have a bigger bar on either the front or back the car will oversteer or understeer. Oversteer will seem like the back wants to spin on you coming into the corners, were as understeer is case in which coming into a corner and the car doesn't want to turn so the feeling is the car still wants to remain straight.

what year gt did it come off of, if its like 24mm sway bar definitly get a new front bar, if its 21mm you will be fine with just the rear.

Same year as my car 2001. What other suspension mods do you have.

Yes I believe the Gt front sway bar is 26mm.
