just a quick question, what if you send it off and they never leave feedback? do you not get your money?
sounds like a great tool, just really spendy

as long as i send it with tracking number, paypal releases the 3 days after its verified delivered. And ya its a very nice, handy tool if you do the stuff for a living.

seems like a great tool and i'm even going to school for auto tech, i just can't swing that kinda money lol, good luck on the sale though.
i know it would be outrageously spendy, but since your stuffin a manual tranny in there, why not a t56? just curious... my t-5 has held up fine, i haven't really done anything though and the engine isn't modded.

Money is the biggest reason i don't go with a T56. Though if i ever get a 351 together like I want i will need something beefier than the T5.

ty. what school are you going to for your tech training? You probably already know and understand auto stuff, but i feel compelled to tell you. Just cause you learn something a certain way in school doesn't mean its the best, fastest, easiest way to do something. And you don't need the high buck snap-on,matco, mac tools to do it. I only say this cause the other tech that works where i do when to school and has spent about 30k in tools and box, etc. And not to "toot my own horn" but he's half the tech as i am, so to speak. Always talks about whats right, or how to do somthing, or you need this tool, etc. and its just not the case most of the time. He's just a little low on common sense and imagination Though he is better at electrical/emissions stuff than i am, cause i have no formal training. Just taught by may dad and lots of hands on figuring stuff out. Good luck.

Linn Benton CC, i heard from everyone that the auto and welding programs were great. they gave us a list of tools and manufacturers that would suffice for the class, i went with craftsman, i already have a small automotive set and ill just build on it, that way if i give up on the school stuff i just bought everything i would have anyway.
I know whatever the school teaches me won't be the best, there is ALWAYS a faster better easier way to do something. I've been told by autozone guys that i need a special this or that to get something disconnected on my cars... turns out 3 flat head screw drivers work just fine
Mostly what i've learned so far is along the same lines as you, learned some from my dad and otherstuff just working on myself. I haven't gotten to really do any engine stuff which i really would like to.
