It is not photochopped. I work with a couple of Asians who subscribe to a Jap car magazine and they look just like that. Over there it is all about going over the top. It is more about art than car modding. By the way they laugh at it also. The japanese culture is one where over the top everthing is popular.

agreed, see you finally had an opinion I like 
I want one of those "chin spoiler" look alike things 
funniest thing it all seems to be made out of cardboard or something cheap.
