Well I'm not a superstitious person, but I got pulled over for the 13th time today and I'm pretty much fucked now. So I'm on my way to work this morning and i get behind this septic draining truck. He's doing 35 in a 50 and I was starting to get pissed. We get to a really long strait part in the road so I decided to pass him. Well it was a double yellow. I get passed him and around the corner comes a cop. I was doing 63 according to him when I passed him. So I see him turn around so I just pulled right over. So he gets to me and stops in the middle of the road and gets out......walks back to the truck asks the guy if I passed him and then pulls behind me and comes to my car. So this cop is in the town that I have a card from the Chief. Well just my luck I got pulled over by the biggest asshole on the force who doesn't like the chief and doesnt like my dad. So I hand him the card he turns it over looks at the back and hands it right back and says "your getting summonses Ill be back in a few mins". So he wrote me for 63 in a 50 and passing on a double yellow. MY dad called the chief and he said he can't really do anything but that the asshole will get his. I don't think I will be able to get it bumped down because I already used unsafe driving for 2 other tickets. So I am going to call a lawyer and see what they can do. I can't fucking believe this shit. worst day evar. This will prob fuck up my whole life because I planned on becoming a NJ State Police helicopter pilot and they look at your driving record. So in other words I AM FUCKED.

bring your dad or cheif to court, you'll easily drop them to barely anything if not NOTHING.

I didn't make this thread to be scolded I get that from my dad, just felt like ranting. And I did not think i was exempt from the law. I was passing a big truck doing 35 in a 55 and there was a huge line behind me because the ass wouldnt let ppl by. It was a road that was strait for about a 1/4 mile so i wasnt being unsafe.

i'm not gunna be a dick and tell you that what you did was wrong, but i will give you the best advice you'll ever get...

do a google search for traffic attournies in your area. they should be able to get you off the hook and get the ticket off your record. it will probably cost less then the fine you got

Damn man looks like both of us are getting our asses kicked by New Jersey cops ( mine might be known void though because the court date is marked this friday and theres no court this friday at all ) not to sound like an asshole or to put u down but goes to show what not to do next time around

He didn't see you doing it.. for all he knows you could have passed that truck back in a legal passing zone, that truck coulda been tailgating you, so you slowed down to get him to back off, then sped up again so you'd have a safe distance between you..

etc, etc... if he didn't see you do it he can't legally ticket you for it

definitely take that one to court

my dad mentioned that to the chief but he said that cop would lie and say that he did see it because he is that big of an asshole. But i think i did see a camera on the car so idk if i can use that or not.

you need a faster car. make the cop earn his pay.

instead of stopping, ida hit it hard and took the first right, followed by the closest left and closest right. the cop wouldve had to maneuver around the slow truck, then turn the boat of a car a crown vic is right, then by that time you would be already parked with lights off and ducked, just in case he does get lucky and makes the right combination of turns.

but dont take my advice. its merely 4/20 and im not on any hallucinogens or such
