as for a TB the stock 60mm already flows better then it should with stock manifolds but 65mm might give you gains on a light modded motor but if you plan to do your manifolds, cam, head and really build you'd prob want to upgrade to a 70mm , udp will prob shoot you around 7 or 8 hp, cold air intake and exhaust dont really add all that much they allow your motor to breathe better though which will pay off in the long run but you will get some gains maybe around 5hp from each you prob noticed with the exhaust you lost some torque down low but gained some up high UDP will help give you back all you lost down low though doing headers you prob look at around 10hp gears and t-loc wont give you any hp gain but they're really good to have and will definitely increase your times , 3.73 for 5spd, and 4.10 for automatic is most common as for the chip it all depends on how you get it burned or custom for your vehicle or whatever so i really cant tell much for that but for everything but the chip if you add it up look at around 186 from a rougly 150hp starting point

well with the chip ( diablosport has a deltachip ) you get the capability to switch between 2 differant tunes with a toggle switch also advances the timing, optimizes the air/fuel ratio and remaps the transmission shift points (in automatic transmissions) and spreads out the power thru-out the rpm so its not just 1 spot where you get power they claim like around 10 - 20% increase of hp n torque ( depending on what car/truck it goes on) as for the tuner check out this link http://www.diablosport.com/U7146.php thats the 1 you'll need it'll tell you all about what it does..its all about what you want to get out of ur car
