Motor Swap

Hey i have a v6 03 mustang. Can i swap a gt motor (99-up) in there and not have to get a new tranny. What year will the v6 tranny hook up to. I have to have the auto because of handcontrols. I know i will have to switch the rear end. Any Help would be great THANKS

Well, I will go ahead and say what everyone else will say, its would be much cheaper to A) Sell the 6 get a GT, or B) Build the engine with a 4.2L stroker then either s/c or turbo it.
