I dont have any specific links, but I can summarize it for you
-take off TB
-take off TPS and linkages on the side of TB
-unscrew the two bolts that hold the butterfly in the TB
-turn shaft and pull out.
-take dremel and cut away the front half of the shaft. (what originally goes in front of the butterfly valve)
-smooth around it
-put shaft back in
-put butterfly back on shaft using LockTite to secure the screws now
-dremel down the bottom of the screws to be just a nub below the bottom (remaining shaft)
-assemble the linkages and TPS back on TB
-attach to upper manifold plenum.
Whole process takes like 20min and gets you 1/2bhp.

just a heads up, be very careful doing this... if youre too rough with teh TB you can damage the throttle positioning sensor... it happend to me and i couldnt figure out why my care kept dyin at idle and wouldnt go faster than 35mph... Just be very gentle with the TB while you have it off so you dont damage the sensor

If anyone is still reading this all I need is the link that I think RGR posted maybe 2 months ago. I thinki it was a sticky at one point and it gave a step by step of it.
I have the throttle body in a safe place, off the engine. I figured everything out, a lot simpler once I looked at it a second.

I didnt really notice any noticable gain from doing it, but Im sure it helps since its letting more air in.

If your shaft is the diameter of the throttle body. Minute gains, if any. Only worth the 20min of your life if you already have to take the upper manifold off.
