need help with a serious issue

ok, i have limited computer knowledge in this area, so i am looking to my good friends here at mustang evolution to help me.
i need to know if anyone can reduce this pic enough to put in my avatar. the guy jackin off is gettin kinda old.

thanks for the effort, but unfortunately it says the image is still too large. it has to be 100x100 pixels. i dont have a program that can allow me to reduce pixels in a pic.
when i quoted you, the address for the pic says its in your album too. nice  |
