I bought some brand new 2004 GT exhaust for my 04 V6 and the guy at the shop told me he couldn't install them because according to him there is not enough room at the rear right side with the schock absorber and the fuel tank.

I argued with him that those part come from Ford and was made for a Mustang GT. He answered me that in that case the way that the shock or the fuel tank is placed is different from a GT or the V6. Is that possible ? Or is it preferable for me to go to see another muffler shop ?
