Well, you'll have to remove the plastic part that goes around your switches. Pop that off, unscrew the switches, and lift and pull from the bottom of the whole panel, it'll pop off.
The speakers are easy to access, right there.

They just look like 2 pieces. I don't know.

the plastic part around your switches is one part, and the whole panel is another.

OK, to pull off the door panel...Pop out the window switch panel, it comes out with a little pulling. There's 2 screws holding in the window switches, take those out, the switches drop right out. Then, there's 2 screws behind where the switch panel was, pull those out. Next, there's a plastic christmas tree on the front of the door panel itself, pull it out. Then pull up on the panel, it should come right off, maneuver it around the handle, and pull over the door lock pin. The speaker has 4 screws holding it in, pretty straight forward. Then pull off the factory harness, cut the wires, put connectors and hook those to your new speakers. Putting it all back together, just follow these instructions backwards. If you are wanting to run new wiring as I did, pull up the door sill panel, it just pops off. Then there's 1 christmas tree holding in the kick panel, pop it out and the kick panel comes right off. Then painstakingly run the new wires through the grommet b/t the door and the inside of the car and hook them up. Here's some pics to help with you doing this, showing all the screws and such. Any questions, hit me up on here, or on aim - brudge75. I need to make a how to on this.

I don't remember those 2 screws, but I do remember the plastic thing on the side now.
