I would like to thank all of the people that voted for my car in the previous rounds. Thanks to you I'm in the finals.
It's now just my 69 Mustang CJ against a Yanko Camaro clone.
Now more than ever I need your help. I would greatly appreciate any votes you can make for my restoration or any one you can send to the site to vote for my car.
If I did this right here is a pic of the restored Car. It's not totaly done yet but it sure looks a lot better than it did a few years ago.
And here is a link to go register and vote. The voting ends midnight Sunday (eastern).
Restoration Challenge
Thanks Jim

Voted again. Good luck. We expect an M.E. donation if you win that 10k

If you guys (and gals) can get me votes to win I can pop for a donation to M.E. I already promised all the local voters a party if I win. So a donation would be cheap compared to that.
Hmmm I was just thinking. If I do win, after I pay taxes and throw parties I might end up owing more than I won.
But right now I'm behind. So spread the word. Hate to get beat by a Chevy Clone.
Restoration Challenge
And thanks to everyone that has already voted for me.

The good news is that win or lose come Sunday midnight (eastern) it's all over with.
The last I could look I was behind. Since then they have turned off the ability to see the votes.
I'm making one last plea for votes. Even if you don't want to vote for me wouldn't it be better if a Mustang won instead of a Camaro?
Come on. It will only take a couple of minutes to register and vote.
Restoration Challenge
And to all that have voted I really appreciate your support.

You guys (and gals) are great. I think it's a lost cause because I suspect the other guy has a lot more votes banked but at this point it really doesn't matter. What is important is that so many people are willing to support me and help me out.
Thanks everyone!
Jim

Sorry, I assumed that everyone knew. They did some wierd things at the end and wouldn't let anyone see the votes. Then nothing after Sunday night. I got an email about noon Monday with the results and they sent out a mass email to everyone that signed up for the updates with the results late Monday. There was a link to another site to see the winning car, but I don't have it anymore.
I came down to this. They said that over 1300 people voted and the Camaro won by 8 votes. I'm not sure I buy into that but there is no way to check it. I'm just glad it's over with.
