ive been telling myself i am going to quit...maybe ill quit with ya..moral support and all ya know. Cause for a couple years now i have been a pack a day of Kools. I am starting to feel it too. Plus i really want to be a pilot and not just a mechanic in my career....ok im quitting....tomorrow

Just remember this man the first hardest days are the first 3. Once your done with the first three its all mental from there. Believe that.
Good Luck man seriously. I been trying to get my friend to quit cigs for like years now he smokes a pack a day everyday and if we are out partying it can get to two packs

its hard as fuck but I feel so much better already, I have more energy and im more alert. I know its not a big deal but in about a week or two im going to notice that I have little more cash on me also.
today is day #4, day number 3 seemed to be the hardest one, I think its starting to get easier now.

I quit for 6 days last week...it was hard...I gave up. I really wish I hadn't started smoking . It should be harder for 16 year olds to get cigarettes!!!!! |

Go get the patch from the HAWC. They're free, all you have to do is sit through the class, I think. Believe me, especially since the new fitness standard came out, you'll feel worlds better for quitting. You just have to take it a day at a time. Good luck!! |

I quit Jan. 22 of 02. I am so glad I did, I dont' even like the smell of them anymore, they stink man. And I smoked for about 30 years off and on, as much as 3 packs a day average at times. I started when I was like 21 or so in the Air Force, someone told me if I smoked the smoke in bars would bother me, it never did stop bothering me, still burns my eyes to go in a smokey bar, lol. I just try not to go in them often. If you are a veteran the VA has a very good stop smoking program and they will give you the patch etc to help you out too.

one problem with going to the HAWC...I dont have one...im in the middle of the desert...funny thing is i have internet but no HAWC...get that.
i didnt know you can get them from the HAWC by the way
