I'm moving tomorrow to a 3 bedroom apartment with ThaWill. So I won't have reliable internet until Comcast gets out to the new place and hooks it up there. Plus, I will be going to Tunica from Wednesday to Sunday with a few friends since we got two suites for free at a hotel there. Just a little heads up since I know I have been so active lately... don't want you guys to think something happened to me...

Naw, what I meant is that B and I live about 20 minutes from Tunica, and we're all gonna meet up down there one night and hit up a buffet or so and maybe some pennies.

Wow....I only pay 300 a month for a 3 bedroom house and 1/2 acre. But of course I don't live in the city so yeah.

I live smack dab in the middle of the city in a decent area too. This is about as good as it gets. Some 3 bedrooms around here are over 1000 a month. |

Man guys you could move to a house and save money. Well at least in the decatur area.
1500sq.ft. 3 br, 1 bth, living room/dinning room, kitchen, computer room, nice size front and back yard for 540 a month.

yea ^^ in my area a decent house is going to run you 130-150k and by decent I mean a 3 bedroom 1500 sq foot house or so~ two bath in the south area of birmingham (20 miles south or so)

hearing these prices make me wanna cry 
dc is about 1500 for 1br and about 500 for each additional room...
i found a few apartments for around the 1200 mark, but they were pretty rough. consider yourselves lucky lol.

Its 1170 sq foot with 3br/2ba. I took a bunch of pictures I'll post up whenever I can get the motivation.
Brent's 733 sq ft single br/ba was running him 625 a month for comparisons sake, so basically the 3 bedroom was 100 bucks more, then he gets to split the rent in half with me. He made out like a bandit.

My house is $120,000. 3 bedroom, 2 bath, large 2 car garage, detached garage in the back, .6 acres. But, I am about 30 min. from Where Brent, Will, and Mark live but I like the area.
