ok so now im about halfway to a major power jump on the car assuming i don't do suspension first.
what it looks like now is a choice between reliable power from an engine build or quick power from a blower...or perhaps nitrous
it'll be interesting to see what i decide....
vote!

i say go stage 3, because you can have the engine itself built, flowing great, having good power, then later on, its just a matter of saying "hey, i want more power, let me stick on a blower", and youll get better gains from a blower if your engine flows than if it was stock

hmm.. stage 3 = $$$ and != 100rwhp
nitrous = $ and = 100rwhp.
nitrous.... best bang for your buck, period

well, the thing is, if i remember correctly, tedness wants to auto-x
nitrous then isnt a great idea with auto-x
turbos seem to not be the greatest for it, because i dont care what anyone says, there is a bit of lag, and you dont make torque as low as you could want with auto-x, my car doesnt make much boost unless im at 2,500-3,000
supercharger would make more consistant power in the rpm band, and probably be better for auto-x where you could be as low as 1/4 throttle
in a built n/a application, your power is your engine, no bottle, no other "aparatus" to add any variables, and more reliable power, you wont have to worry about running lean as much as you would with forced induction, and you wouldnt have the issue of being a few hundred rpms too low in a turn, and when you punch it, the car bogs untill boost

and it turns out it was blower-related so i was lookin at a diff route.
possibly something a lil safer.

My car spools at 3200 rpms, but when you Auto-X, your RPMs are a lot higher. I put it in 2nd and go thru the whole track, most of the time.
If it truely is for auto-x, don't get nitrous.
