actually the C springs are nearly identical in spring rate... actually the C springs will make your car handle better due to they have a better geometry on the car, they lower it 1.2 inchs vs the bullit kits 3/4 of an inch... so C springs > Bullit springs

well i donno about you but i dont really wanna buy cc plates so .75in drop is fine with me.. and i was kidding about the bullit kit cause he gets sway bars too so its kinda a better deal if you look at it from that aspect .. haha . nvm
cut the dead coil im sure the springs would be almost identical

You can go all the way to 1.25 and not need C&C plate. Actually Bullitts did not have C springs even though that ad says they do. Bullitts had progressive springs and not specific springs from the factory. More like B springs. But then again there is a possibility I could be wrong but I dont think so

i dont think bullits have progressive springs but who knows. You wont need cc plates with a 1.25 inch drop and if you want any drop at all the bullit drop will leave you wanting more.

My car dropped 1.5 but mine is a 98. For some strange reason most 99+ only drop 1.25 with C springs. This has always irked me that this happens yet I cannot find a reason for it. So if you have A 94-98 you seem to get a slightly better drop than 99+ with C springs. I will also say I needed C&C plates after about 6 months.
OK in doing a little investigating I found Bullitts have C springs but they dont cut the rear dead coil and they use a slightly thicker spacer in the front to get a even 1" drop

ive installed C springs on 3-4 pre 99s and none went over 1.1 most 1.1-1.3 who knows why yours went 1.5 but I definatly wouldnt expect it to.

your car is about as low as mine, and i have a 1.2 drop... maybe the gap on the fender to the tire for pre 99s is more stock... hummm but thats the same gap most Ive installed has which is definatly not 1.5 on 99 up at least.
