i have noticed some "clubs" start up on here ('non-mustang owners club', '5.0 club', etc.) so, mainly out of humor, i am gonna start my own...the 3.9 club.
besides myself, we already have 1 member, timpryor. if you wanna join, put it in your sig.

yes i have a 3.8 lol, and my sis has a 3.9
but i have the cooler color (that adds like 50hp hahaha)

exactly, and theres many other mods for major gains such as painting the interior, 8ft aluminum spoilers, and ridiculously gay bodykits
on a serious note though, i was talking to some guy on my way to class and he had an 04 v6. we were talking and as we were talking he claimed that his exhaust added like 40hp or some stupid shit like that.

You guys are funny as hell. Actually I added 35hp when I get into my car, lol. That kid that said his exhaust gave him 40hp needs to get off the acid, for real. Correct me if I'm wrong, but I've never heard of an exhaust adding more than 6-8hp, if that. Anyways I have the 3.9 also, so put me on board

As far as I know exhaust does almost nothing unless you're forced induction or really restricted. We're talking cat-back here right? Cause on a big enough of engine with headers, midpipe and catback you'll gain a bit more. |
