Put the code scanner on my car today and got the code P1413 - Secondary Air Injection System Monitor Circuit Low Voltage. Anyone got any ideas on what could be causing this???

isnt that something to do with the EGR, does it flip an CEL light? you can check your codes by using the self diagnostic on the car, using the led odometer area read out. Have you asked ford for what that means?

yea, the CEL light came on a few months ago and i ran the code but was told it wasnt a drivability issue. I have to go for my emissions today and they run a scanner on it now to see if there are any fault codes because they have had problems with people just pulling the bulb instead of fixing it. If the code comes up then they will fail it. I asked ford, they said bring it in, but i dont have the money to do it right now. From a few things ive read they say it may have something to do with the smog pump, but im not sure. I was hoping someone had come across this before.

Thats sometimes indicative of an open circuit or just a connector unplugged, make sure everything is tight when it comes to the air pump/smog system.
