Best place to buy springs?

Im looking for the lowest price on H&R supersport springs... anyone know of anywhere cheaper than 225 (stangsuspension.com)? Free shipping would be sweet too.

what advantages do h&r springs have over csprings? besides a higher cost?

they drop the car more, they have higher rates, they are progressive rate. Thats all I can think of, there are different levels of the H&Rs so this can vary.

spect can you go into further detail about the progressive/higher spring rate... advantages handling or what?

the higher the rate the better the handeling (to a degree) but you pay for a higher (stiffer rate) with a harsh ride and what not. Progressive is the design of the spring. A progressive spring has coils that get closer and closer together as the coil goes from its top to its bottom, thus the harder you push the harder the spring pushes back, if you just are riding around its not as harsh of a ride. Specific the coils are all evenly seperated, thus the ride is alwasy the same.

For daily driving 650-750 is for a front spring and 250-350 for a rear seem to work best.

with coil overs this ALL changes.
