just finished doing the upper manifold and started on the alternator, i figured id share photos of it so far with all of you

thanks a lot..im starting with a rough 40grit sandpaper and working up, 60 80 120 ect ect all the way up to 400grit, then 400grit wet ( it takes a lot of time and a lot of patience to get it right ), then i hit it with some bluemagic metal polish and use a Dremel tool to really buff it in. take a microfiber towel and scrub and polish it. this has been a work in progress for a while its coming along though

heres a few updated photos of some of the alternator done and the heatercore..engine bay is dirtybut ill get around to cleaning it

Dude, it's the inside of the intakes that you're suposed to port and polish
