hahaha, almost anything would look better than my NON-MATCHING stockers, 
but chrome over silver? on a silver car?... I AM going to buy some 17"x9" '98 Cobra R's.... and these have better tires than the eBay ones.... but I don't know about chrome.

I think they would look great on your car...but i think chrome looks awesome period so I'm a bit biased. What color rims were you thinking of putting on your car?
