Help! Need Keyless remote id#

im trying to find the right remote for my mustang off ebay, and im already 0 for 1. I got a grey remote, fcc id - cwtwb1u313. i see alot of these on ebay that are supposed to be for 99-03 mustangs, but this one didnt work. I used a remote that i borrowed from a guy at work, it was black, and had a different fcc id(but i didnt write it down, d'oh!). anyway, i tried this one and it worked. however, all the black ones i see on ebay are for cobra's. im a little confused, so if someone could help me out, i would appreciate it.

they should work but you have to get remotes programed for your specific car. if you try and use a friends it wont work with your car unless its programed to do so

huh? which ones should work? i know how to program them, i took my friends from his taurus and programmed it to my car. but the other remote would not transmit to my mustang. thats why im trying to find out what the fcc id number should be on the back, so i know which remote to buy off ebay.... sorry if i was unclear.
