well as you should all know, God i hope you all know. today is the 61st Anniversary of D-day. this is as good a time as any to pray,or reflect, upon what happened that day and thank the people who laid down their lives for our Safety and those who lived to fight on.

That reminds me, it has been a while since I have watched Band of Brothers, time to bust out the dvds.

Much respect to all those who gave thier lives back then. I have always been fascinated with WWII, have read and tried to learn as much as I can about the time. It was when America was most united in its history, IMO, and things got done the right way back then. I was born 50 years too late.

watched Saving Private Ryan today in honor of them, watched band of brothers on way home from memphis (some episodes)
