Unless you plan on some serious engine mods, including some kind of forced air induction system (nitros, supercharger, turbo), stay away from the ford racing system. With the 2 1/2" piping, you'll loose a lot of low end torque with that kind of reduction of back pressure. I would suggest a true dual system with 2 or 2 1/4 inch piping at the most. ) have gone with GT take-offs (2 1/4" system), but they're getting a little bit harder to find now that the new model is out. There are a lot of other aftermarket options out there, but they're a bit more expensive (as you can see on v6mustangstuff.com).
