okay, i'm sorry, i never got any pics of this car but i'll describe it as best as i can.
i thought very seriously a few weeks ago about trading my car off for what appeared to be a '99 saleen. after closer investigation of the vehicle it was a '99 gt with a complete saleen body kit (had the saleen imprintation on the rear bumper too), and was silver in color.
now check this shit out, he wanted $13,900 for it, it was a 5-speed with 107,000 miles. pretty much stock motor, and if it did have any mods, nothing major.
it looked very clean but would you pay $13,900 for a '99 gt with 107,000 miles?

Not a chance in hell, unless it has a blower, but then I'd be scared of it because I don't know it's history and if he has a good tune

thats what i was thinking. but he put on the sign that he had a saleen kit. i would think that if he had done something major (supercharger, nitrous, etc.) he might have put that on the sign as well. i never really checked out the engine. just walked around the outside of it and peered in the window, where i didnt see a boost gauge- so i would think no supercharger.
