driver side window motor / switch ?

alright lately my driverside window has been acting up . it'll get stuck in the down position and wont go up for anything so at night id have to put a drop cloth over it just incase of rain or whatever. A few days later it'll go back up oddly the same day or day before it goes to the shop so of course they cant do anything since it works fine by the time i get there.Right now its stuck in the down position again and im stuck between it being either the motor or the switch what do you guys think , electrical is def not my thing

hard to say...when it gives you problems you could pull the door cup insert out and hotwire the switch, that would tell you if its the motor or switch

yeah i solved the problem what i did was take the button off the passanger door and put it on the driverside and the window went right up so i got a new button and all is well
