ok im looking to buy some suspension stuff from MM...
namely the strut tower brace....designed for the GT, will it fit for the v6 or will anything be in the way as far as the engine is concerned.
also is it noticable or worth it to get this? in conjunction w/ the following parts:
- rear sway bar
- ford c springs
- mm rear lower control arms

Contact me for this suspension stuff, I can work you some sort of deals possibly on some of that stuff. Sub-frame connectors will do wonders for your car though.

Subframes make a big difference by themselves. My setup is c springs 1/2 coil cut front and back, tokiko s/s, bullitt front and rear sways, and steeda midlength subframes. Got them from rob.

I would honestly not buy any high dollar strut tower brace and just get a Ford one. I have seen several manufacturers STB and they all look the same. Actually Steeda is a Ford unit with a Steeda sticker on it. Get a used one from some place like midwest mustangs or get one off of Ebay

the strut tower brace is to keep the strut towers from moving independantly from eachother, and to keep them from moving at all, the swaybars job is to keep the body from rolling
the thing is, your cars are all so new, that your chassis are still relatively stiff, and rigid, do all the bracing you can, because over the years, your car will become more sloppy, and then youll feel the difference of all the parts, because they are absolutely needed

If you have a 79 to 98 the answer is yes they are worth it. If you have a 99 up the answer is debends if you autocross. If you a a drag racing guy NO If you are a street and boulevard blaster NO. If you are a mountain carver or autocrosser Maybe to Yes
99+ have much improved strut towers in terms of strength and rigidity and dont require STB's unless extreme driving conditions
lower sway bars mean nothing to Strut Tower flexing under hard cornering
