Tuners

What tuners do all of you guys think is the best? SCT,Diablo,think of some more. Just tell everyone in here what you guys done and let us know how it went. Best doing it this way. For me I used the SCT SF3 model basic model and so far if i can buy the usb cable cord I bet I can do little bet better.

Its not as much about the tuner as the tune loaded on it. If you know a really good tuner in your area then its probably best to go with a tuner that they use. I would want one that can read codes, clear them, allow for on the fly calibration if it is needed and such~ most do this. It seems SCT and Diablo are two of the biggest brands~ but the tune is all that really matters. Its like having a 10 million dollar computer without software its a paper weight.

Im looking at getting a Diablo predator for my 04 gt. What kind of hp is most likely to be gained.

^depends on the tune you are running. A more conservative tune on regular 87 octane pump gas is going to net you fewer hp/tq numbers than a wild 93 octane tune. Those stronger tunes really add hp/tq, but can harm the engine if used improperly.
