impact wrench
but you can put a long pipe over your lug wrench and try to break the lug loose that way if you don't want to buy an impact wrench

when all else fails.. make sure the provided lug wrench is securely seated on lug nut... raise foot and proceed to stomp on wrench until either foot, wrench, nut or stud gives way.

If you can't break the lugnuts loose and they are actually torqued to only 100lbs then may I suggest a can of spinach.

Yes, go to your local home depot or Lowe's, buy an apron, proceed from there.

100ftlbs is not to much to get off by hand with the stock tire iron, if its a major job hten you are either a lightweight or they are on to tight. I would get a TQ wrench to make sure they are done right from now on.

a long ass pipe should help. steel pferrably. i had to do just that last time i took off my front rims when doing my suspension. my air ratchet and gun just werent enough. a 5ft section of steel conduit tubing had no problem with them.
