Which shift knob

Hey spectorV not to intrude on your decision of having a ball shifter, but in my opinion i have had a ball shifter i loved it and then i drove my dads 2004 mach1 where he has a B&M t-handle. After driving a manual transmission that had a t-handle vs. the ball, The t-handle has a much better fell and i also gained smoother shifts out the t-handle over the ball. It also makes your car look like it has a pro 5.0 short shifter in the car, so your handle doesnt look long a gaudy. Just my opinion, you can try it or just stick with the ball. You can also buy the B&M t-handle at advanced auto parts for about $28 dollars.

everyone ive talked to that shifts with a T handle says its hard to get consistant shifts into certian gears, all but 3rd pretty much. I dunno I think ill have to stick with a ball knob for my form of driving. Thanks for the info, I would like to test one for myself but I dont have 30 bucks to test with lol

Yeah i guess it would depend on how you drive your car. Iono when i went from the stock shifter to the ball it was good but i was missing gears, shifted to the T-handle and havnt had any troubles. But i also have little hands.

well since you dont have 30 bucks too test one out i will talk to all my friends that bought t-handles and never used them and see if i can take one of there hands for about 10 bucks or possibly FREE and ill send it too ya. And if you like it then go ahead and keep it if ya dont like it just go ahead and keep it and try to find sumone too let use it, cause i have like 5 but i use them all for diffrent things
